Refund and Return Policy

By placing an order with Australia Peps, you agree to the terms outlined below. These terms are binding and apply to all purchases.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products, all items are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect product selection

  • Failure to read product descriptions

  • Shipping delays once dispatched

  • Refusal to accept delivery

Once an order is placed and payment is processed, it is considered final and cannot be cancelled.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items (Reshipment Only)

We only offer reshipment (not refunds) if an order:

  • Arrives damaged

  • Contains incorrect items

  • Is missing items

To qualify:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery

  • Provide clear photo or video evidence

  • Include your order number

Failure to provide sufficient evidence within the timeframe will result in the claim being denied.

Shipping & Delivery Responsibility

  • All orders are shipped with tracked delivery

  • Risk transfers to the customer once the order is marked as delivered by the courier

  • We are not responsible for:

    • Lost or stolen packages after delivery

    • Incorrect shipping details entered at checkout

    • Delays caused by the courier

Customers are responsible for ensuring a secure delivery location.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By completing a purchase, you agree to:

  • Contact us first to resolve any issue before initiating a dispute

  • Provide accurate information during checkout

  • Acknowledge this policy prior to payment

We actively contest all chargebacks with:

  • Order confirmation records

  • IP address and fraud analysis

  • Delivery confirmation and tracking

  • Proof of customer agreement to this policy

Submitting a fraudulent chargeback may result in:

  • Permanent ban from our store

  • Evidence being provided to payment providers

  • Further action where applicable
